Interview
3 stage interview process. They do try and book them in quickly though. 1st with internal recruiter 2nd with 2 senior TA's/partners, 3rd with director - with some really odd questions that don't appear relevant to recruitment.

Interview
The recruitment specialist supporting was brilliant. Odd interview process where you get a very difficult interview challenge with the CEO. The CEO does not come across as friendly and clearly enjoys putting people on the spot and seeing how they deal with tough situations. I can understand this but I think there are different approaches then making someone very uncomfortable. I left the interview feeling quite intimidated and uneasy. All the hard work the recruitment specialist had done in selling the opportunity was wasted as I was entirely put off. Candidate experience needs to be more of a consideration.
