Multiple interviews with HR & hiring manager. Asked to do an assignment. Successfully presented the assignment was told they would be in touch. Didn't know they would go radio silent for 5 WEEKS! I reached out several times only to get no response- not even a courtesy "we're still thinking" before sending me a canned HR rejection. Brutal!
