Applied, took online assessment. About 1 week later I was contacted via email to schedule a phone interview. After the phone interview I was contacted via email to set up a face to face. One week after the face to face I was offered a position. I countered the pay because it was much lower than my previous position. There weren't any hard interview questions, it was more of a conversation pertaining my past experience.

Behavioral question, all based around being an account manager. If you don't have experience and looking to pivot this might not be for you. They want you to have previous account manager experience.

Typical question/answer to work situations/experience. Why good fit? Why left last work? Etc. Know company history. Be prepared for any testing. Explain what you could do to improve any processes.
Seamless, straight forward and easy to navigate the process. I appreciated the texts emails and automated process.
Did not enjoy the talent coordinator not responding to questions about the job.
