Panel type interview, hiring manager and 3 RNs, asked two clinical scenario questions, asked me about myself, why I think I'm a good fit for the position, gave job description, asked me where I would see myself in five years.

Interviewed with manager and 3 nurses. The panel was very warm and inviting. Overall, friendly interviewers and very positive experience. Would recommend to nurses who no longer want 12 hour shifts and/or stand for most of the day.
