The recruiter reached out and everything went pretty fast. Quite shockingly, the Recruiter never got back to me. It's been 3 weeks now. I followed up a few times, but NO response at all. The application status shows Interviewing, pretty sure that's not updated. Here's what I have to say to the management - people are investing their times when they interview with your company, candidate experience is a real thing. You can't go around wasting their time and not tell them on their status, after 4 conversations.
