Got to the second round of the hiring phase-only for this company to use me as a practice interview and just something for them to do! I think they already had in mind who they were going to hire from the beginning. Recruiter never specified if it was a panel interview but it was about 6-7 team members and 1 manager doing round robin style questions. Please stop wasting your candidates time if you are going to interview with your cameras off. Makes the Interview awkward and it feels like you don’t care to be professional.
