Met virtually with multiple team members and while it was a nice discussion and interview it seemed in some ways they had already made up their minds beforehand. It was also not the first time I had interviewed with the company so I wondered if the tone was due to that.
Interview with recruiter and the next step is meeting with the team lead and Supervisor. The process is simple. Takes a long time to hear from someone regarding your interview but other than that it was a smooth process.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Elevance Health (Seattle, WA) in Mar 2024
Interview
Firstly HR screening call, followed by line manager interview. After that they will arrange team match interviews. Responses were swiftly, while they did not provide very detailed feedbacks. Team members were not totally friendly though. Generally it's normal level interview.
