straight forward online interview with a selection of people. Given the opportunity to hear about the company, the role and ask questions. Quite relaxed, talked through previous experience and suitability for the role.

After signing up with Elevate for hostess job, I was expected to be called for jobs with my level of experience (as detailed in my CV: I have 20 years of hostess experience). I got as call for a job in a supermarket as sampling lady.. My real question: Do they not trust experienced people with an experienced cv to be put on a job?? I found that very strange and I declined.
