I completed three rounds of interviews with Elevated. The first was a standard screening interview to gauge my interest in the role and the organization. I was then asked to complete an assignment to get an idea of my comfort with administrative tasks. The next interview was with the manager of the role, definitely more a fit/getting to know me interview. The third interview was with a panel and was focused on my interests, personality, fit and general attitude.
The interviewers in all my interviews were friendly, professional and asked me relevant questions. They all did a fantastic job in selling their organization and keeping me updated on the process. I especially appreciated getting a call to let me know I would not be getting an offer and giving me insight into my performance during the interviews process. Even though I did not get an offer, I will definitely apply again if another opportunity comes up.
