Interview
I talked to Eli Lilly at my campus's career fair and scheduled an on-campus interview with them. I was interviewed by 2 recruiters for about an hour. The interview was mainly done with typical STAR format questions that related to the company's values. I was also asked to explain some of the experiences on my resume and what I knew about certain technologies that would be relating to the position.

Interview
It was an on-site interview where I presented my past experiences. I answered questions about my resume and fit. It took about an hour where I spent close to thirty minutes talking to one pair of engineers and another thirty minutes talking to another pair.
