Interview
The interview was split into two half hour segments. The first half was geared toward learning about the candidate's experience and why they were interested in the position with Eli Lilly. The second half of the interview was more focused on asking behavioral questions to see how the candidate would handle different circumstances, much of which was teamwork oriented.

Tell me about a time you didn't meet a deadline.
Tell me about a time you disagreed with your boss.
Tell me about a time you failed.
Interview quite smooth and easy, nothing negative, quite positive experience. Manager quite nice, not so technical so quite good. Just need to be yourself and don't be too scared, it should be alright.

Interview
Two interviewers, began by asking me to go through my resume, then begin answering a series of 5-6 STAR method questions. Both interviewers were sitting on opposite sides of me and were taking notes on sheets prepared before-hand with the questions listed.

Describe a situation where you were able to bring about a positive change.
During the interview they took a quick glance about my studies and work experience. Interview was more focused in my abilities, skills, how I would react to certain situations and so on.
