I applied online. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company
Interview
Direct interview with the hiring manager. The interview was chill, he said he would get back to me after a week or two. I even sent a follow up email. But he decided to ghost his candidate.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company in Mar 2022
Interview
I interviewed with Lilly in Spring of 2022 for an AS position. My first interview and contact after my online application was an email and brief call with the hiring manager which went very well. At the end of that interview I was asked to come onsite for a panel/presentation interview that would be my final round. This interview was 8 hours long, including a 1hr presentation, and a 1hr lunch interview. Prior to committing to this panel I inquired about speaking with TA or HR regarding comp since nothing had been discussed and I wanted a better sense before committing to a lengthy interview that included a presentation. I was told I would be meeting with HR during my onsite final round and that Lilly is looking for candidates passionate about the position and not focused on pay. Nevertheless, I attended the final interview, which generally went okay. One of my first 1:1 interviews was with a potential teammate under the same hiring manager who spent the interview complaining about the manager and how difficult they were to work with. Several other people I met with addressed this concern as well. All of my questions about the position's responsibilities and room for growth were met with convoluted answers. My HR slot was standard and they still could not provide me with a compensation range. Only that the starting salary nationally for an AS at Lilly was 65k but that they understood that was low for market in SD, and I would most likely be offered more if I was offered the position.

Interview
Good and Smooth interview process. The hiring department takes about 4 weeks to reach out to me after submitting the application, but the overall experience is good and professional. Not selected in the end tho.
