I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Indianapolis, IN) in Feb 2015
Interview
A letter of recommendation was required to apply. The scheduling process was relatively easy. I was interviewed by two people for 45 minutes, then had a 15 minute break, then was interviewed by two different people for an additional 45 minutes. The interview questions were very behavior-based. Almost all of the questions were in the format of, "Tell me about a time when..."

Interview
There will be only one interview and it is mostly behavioural. As long as you are not a dbag you should be fine addressing their questions. You won't be hired by Lilly so there will be another company that will contract you to Lilly. Pretty common thing at Lilly. Be aware that Lilly is a big cooperation and everything is corporate like (most likely)

I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Indianapolis, IN) in Mar 2015
Interview
Fairly straight forward questions. Interviewed with 3 people for different positions, and a 4th phone interview. I'm not sure the reason for the phone interview. They responded to me in about a week or two and called to let me know what position I was being offered.
