Screen with HR, interview with hiring manager, 2 more interviews with team members, personality assessment, cognitive assessment, then...crickets. I did reach out to my HR contact 2x later and still...crickets. Saw the role was filled via the new person's announcement on LinkedIn. I very much get that HR can be super busy, but feel that was pretty far in the process to not get at least a generic email.
