Elmhurst University interview questions

The interview is in person with a set of questions about yourself, the role, and goals. There are two facilitators someone already in the role and your direct manager. They take notes in between you answering the question and staggers who reads them.

Standard protocol for the position, many DEI questions and qualifications. This was the case in other interviews. Friendly enough staff and willing to answer questions and spend time with the candidates. Overall the time was about one hour to answer all questions.
