Elucidation Corporatio interview questions

Competence based questions with panel of three managers. The managers were young women with minimal qualifications, and life experience. Recently promoted from being carers to managers. The interview was an hour and a half late. I felt from the 'get go' I was being set up to fail as I am a lot older than all the individuals in the panel. This did not enable me to perform to my best. Although I am a confident, qualified, and experienced individual with all the relevant transferable skills for the job.
