After you apply for the job, you may or may not get called for an enterview. There are two interviews: general and departmental. If you pass the general, you pass on to the departmental interview. They will ask about your personality traits, hobbies, work experience, how you would handle certain situtations, and so forth. So make sure you know who you are and pick your strongest traits.
