I applied in-person. I interviewed at Elysium Healthcare (Warrington, North West England, England) in Mar 2023
Interview
The interview process was interesting. It reflects it questions more on the job ethics. The interviewer wants to know how much knowledge you have about the job and how you will carry out your task without infringing on the rights of the people you want to work with.

Interview
Very laid back and casual. It seems they couldn’t care less why you want to work in mental health, it’s a tickbox exercise (literally. The interviewer had the tick sheet out in front of them). Barely made eye contact and apathetic attitude towards the entire thing. Didn’t have the chance to express yourself or get anything across. Seems that they’d hire anyone

Formal but friendly environment which made me relaxed to think clearly enough to give it my all. The questions were framed in simple language and ample time was given for me to respond.
