The interview process was straightforward and laid-back. I applied online, and received an email to complete a personality profile, which they mentioned would be used to determine if my personality would be a good fit. After completing the assessment, I had the first interview in person. A couple weeks later, I had an in-office interview with other members of management, before received an offer over the phone a few weeks following. It was a great experience. Throughout the entire process, management was very open, and kept me well informed of expectations and timing.
