There's an online assessment with IQ (problem solving and spatial reasoning questions) and personality questions, along with some clean code questions. The assessment platform takes screenshots to try to catch cheating so I couldn't use pen and paper and wasn't able to complete the section. I got a 96% percentile on the coding questions relevant to the job, but the spatial and math problem questions were more average. Not sure what these skills have to do with the job but I got a stock rejection a few days later. I have talked to recruiters at this company before who have reached out to me directly, but I guess the test is more important than that.

Interview
The interview process is well structured and well defined.
The HR person was constantly in touch with me and was answering all my questions.
The interview process had following stages for me:
1. Application
2. Online Assessment
3. Initial Phone Interview
4. At-Home Data Modelling Challenge
5. Technical Interview
6. Interview with a Senior Director

Interview
The interview process was pretty smooth! One thing I appreciated was that any inquiries I had were responded to quickly by someone on the team. I heard back after each step (which is outlined well in the posting) much quicker than I expected.
