Extremely difficult. Initial application, cover letter, writing sample, then an assessment similar to ASVAB, a Zoom Audio interview, then an English comprehension test with Word skills, and finally the expected salary email. My understanding is that if you make it past this phase, you go on to a final interview.

They asked me over email for salary requirements RANGE and would only communicate via email about this topic. They also expected you to assume you'll set up your own S corp (or like) and break down your monthly net bills, etc, it was quite intrusive and unconventional. They already know what their budget is, so they could have been more forthcoming with information. Especially, since you don't know whom you'll be working for during the interview process; so how is one supposed to come up with salary expectations with zero facts about the company?
