It is pretty cool, first you have a phone interview. after you pass that you have a virtual interview, where you answer questions that are on screen and recorded. then you go in for a face to face interview.

very easy! I had two interviews and they were so sweet and nice. The first interview that have you take a test. The test is very simple you just search for products on their website, they just want to see if you are able to do basic computer skills. Some of the things they have you do is create an emerson ecologics account and search for product, place product in a cart etc
