Interview
They usually find or call the candidates or recommendation for someone working in the company. then you have to talk all the directors in the company after the have a meting 2-3 days later they call you back and let you know if they are interested on you or not also is important know if you get a recommendation you are 1/2 inside of the company.

The questions are very general, just one or two guys really ask technical questions about electronics. Also they have a general test about electronics
Q: What kind of experience do you have doing... (electronics, software, soldering,etc)?
Q: How long have you ever work on ... ?
