Interview
Applied online. They reached out to schedule and interview. I had a video interview with someone in Adops. I am not sure why someone in Adops was interviewing me for a client facing role...? After the interview I did not hear any follow up at all. I even sent a "Thank You" email to the interviewer.

Interview
The initial interview was setup with HR in which she asked some really in depth questions to check for the quality of my experience which I can respect. Afterwards she allowed me to ask questions and seemed very genuine about the company culture when asked and honest about challenges.
The process was a bit lengthy in terms of taking an assessment based on the role and then a final interview.
