Emkor interview questions

Good hiring process, I feel the interviewer asked too many personal questions, that could have been avoided. Otherwise it was fairly technical and intuitive. Also they kept me waiting for more than 1 hr, which is not good.

2 rounds process. One with HR and other with the Sales Head. General questions based on Sales Techniques were asked. Communication skills and confidence level were the primary thing they looked for. Grid for sales was also tested in the process. Questions varied from testing the confidence to the capability of handling difficult sales situation.
