Interview
First it was a group interview then it was a one on one interview with the manager. They asked pretty basic questions that you would expect. Lifeguard certification and first aid certifcation is definitely a plus but can be expensive.
It was a nice and easy convo, it was hard because they were looking for non summer staff and I was summer only. Interviewer was very nice and cheerful though.

Interview
I sat in the lobby for 45 minutes before anyone even interviewed me. I was very frustrated but tried to remain optimistic. I felt the interview went very well, but then after the interview I didn't get a response for 14 days. I am honestly relieved I didn't get the job. I don't think they are very well organized.
