Interview process was pretty standard, nothing out of the norm for this type of position however a lot of questions were tailored specifically to the brand and your knowledge of it and not so much about prior experience.
I applied online. I interviewed at Emma Bridgewater (London, England) in Dec 2024
Interview
Incredibly disappointed by the Emma Bridgewater team. I had two interviews, the second one including a presentation you had to prepare in advance and then a task during the interview. Was told you would hear back the following week. After a month and emailing HR twice, the hiring manager once I received no response of acknowledgement of my emails. A month after the second interview they have reposted the job. This is incredibly poor, unprofessional and honestly rude. I would expect much more from a brand such as Emma Bridgewater.

Interview
I had an interview with this company, and although it was just an introductory one and the hiring team was lovely, instead of getting back to me in a week like they said they would - all they did was send an automated LinkedIn reply in 3 weeks time. (the one everyone remembers by heart at this point) It probably doesn't sound surprising anymore, but please have some respect for the candidates at least.
