Interview
Had a 2 hour interview. First hour with HR and second hour with Team Leader. Some hard questions but they made feel very comfortable.
Latter I had a 30min interview as the final one.
Even thought you apply to a specific role, they will try to put you in the team that best fits you.

- Brainteaser (4 people need to pass the bridge and in 15 min but only two at a time, and they only have one flashlight. How do they do it?)
- What would you change in the website? New ideas you might have?
The process is so irritating because they mail you from a generic email ID and no one replies to you. They treat it as they are doing a BIG favour by scheduling this interview. No wonder they have a high employee turnover. Very bad management and worse communication
20-minute online interview scheduled easily (they give you flexibility to choose a day and time). I was asked to talk about myself and then asked some position-specific questions (related to marketing).

Primero hacen una prueba cognitiva que consiste en responder 50 preguntas en 12 minutos. Si la pasas, entonces te llaman para una entrevista por videollamada de aproximadamente 20 minutos. Considero que iban un poco rápido y no daba tiempo apresentarse correctamente.
