Interview
It was a 3 stage process
- Round 1: An online behavioral and cognitive assessment ( they do this because they have a large volume of applicants but it has nothing to do with the actual job )
- Round 2: 20 minute HR screening - the HR person had an agenda they stuck to in practiced fashion- questions like why Emma and relevant ones related to the role
- Round 3: 1 hour Interview with a HR person and Brand Head- It really seemed as though someone forced the brand head to do the interview. She was extremely unenthusiastic and asked a barrage of questions in a very monotone fashion. Some of the questions felt nonsensical and as though she was trying her best to just fill up as much time as possible.
Interviews are two way- and there was absolutely no effort to make the role seems exciting.
One week after I was rejected with a generic email saying they found better qualified candidates the role was up on LinkedIn again. My theory is that they have untenably high standards or these are ghost roles to provide the false illusion that they are constantly recruiting.

Participei de um processo seletivo para vaga de estágio na Emma. Após a inscrição, fui aprovada para a realização de um teste de lógica bastante complexo para o tempo oferecido. Depois da aprovação, passei por uma entrevista inicial com o RH, que foi conduzida de forma tranquila, embora com algumas perguntas desafiadoras.
Em seguida, fui convidada para a última entrevista, com o gestor da área e outra pessoa do RH. A entrevista foi extremamente longa e com uma quantidade excessiva de perguntas para um cargo de nível inicial.
A descrição da vaga mencionava que o estagiário poderia fazer parte de uma equipe Offline ou Online, o que sugere a possibilidade de trabalho remoto.
No entanto, essa questão nunca foi discutida na entrevista inicial, e eu só fui informada, na última etapa, de que seria necessário comparecer ao escritório três vezes por semana. Isso gerou um grande desconforto, pois moro a mais de 300 km da capital e contava com a possibilidade de trabalhar remotamente.
A falta de clareza quanto às condições essenciais da vaga gerou frustração e desperdiçou meu tempo.

Interview
Initially contacted on LinkedIn by a director for a job opportunity. The first interview, focused on expectations, went smoothly. However, the second interview was ridiculous —lasting only 20 rushed minutes (where everyone spoke fast like we were late to catch a train). When I inquired about the ideal candidate, they mentioned valuing persistence but expressed a preference for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset. After the interview, I even sent an email acknowledging the importance of time but emphasized the need for more comprehensive questions, and even provided a well-organized script with my ideas.
