I applied online. I interviewed at Emma (Lisbon, Lisbon District)
Interview
I received an email for a precall. It went very well, the recruiter asked me about why I was applying for the position at Emma, why I think that I am a good fit for Emma and asked about professional experiences. After that I was selected for the Recruiting Friday. Basically, it was a 4 hour interview, with 5 people from several different departments. The first interview was with the Customer Support / Customer Service team leaders, they asked me about my challenges in my current positions, and kept asking me in a more deep way about the processes that I was used to do. The second interview was with the innovation department manager and the talent acquisition manager. They asked me to point 3 sentences that I would feel more comfortable with and three sentences that I would not feel comfortable with. They asked me to explain some of my choices. They kept asking me about my experiences in my current job, I've tried to give them detailed explanations, the talent acquisition manager said, in the middle of the interview, that my answers were too long. I felt that they were not interested at all in my answers. To be true, I felt a bit disrespected. After that, they throw a brain teaser about hourglass, but I was feeling so bad due to the fact that they were kind of rolling their eyes that I could not concetrate. I do appreciate feedbacks, but in the middle of the interview it is not the best time. The final interview was if the manager of the HR. He was really direct, seemed interested and it was a really nice experience with him, but I was feeling really bad due to the second interview. They sent me a "general" feedback saying they found a better suited candidate. After 4 hours of interview, I would love a better feedback from them. But well, it is what it is.
