Interview with team, then supervisor, then skills assessment to determine whether you would be able to complete the basic analytics task required for the job. The interview itself asked basic questions related to the typical workday and the strategic partners and collaborators with which you would work.

Interview
First and extensive telephone screen. Note that this was after two levels of resume screening. Then in-person with committee of at least three staff members. Note that these included the direct supervisor, a co-worker and one additional team member. The questions were scripted in advance and each interviewer had specific questions to ask.
