It's a three step process like everyone has said. I wish I did more research before I went to the first interview. The first red flag was that they didn't even have my resume. I always bring extras to interviews but this is the first time they DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO PRINT IT. Then the guy interviewing hinted at the fact that it's selling for Verizon and that you'd only be in the office 2 days a week and work 11-7:30pm which sounded weird to me. I got a call for the second interview but I will not be going after reading on here. The 2nd interview would have been where they said that it was door to door sales completely commission based. That is NOT marketing. Bait and switch for job postings is NOT OKAY.
