I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Empire Education Group (Indianapolis, IN) in Nov 2024
Interview
The response from the recruiter was two days followed by another two days for the second interview and another two days for the third interview. They specifically talked about moving quickly in their process so that they don’t lose good talent. The first interview was phone, second via Zoom, & third in person with another portion on Zoom with higher ups.

I applied online. I interviewed at Empire Education Group (Lakeland, FL) in Oct 2025
Interview
I've interview for Empire twice. Two different locations for Executive Director and Assistant Director the process was the same a phone screening with HR then meeting with RD or ED. In both instances they led me to believe I was a candidate then hired internally. That process definitely needs to change. It's misleading to not identify internal candidates before considering someone's time and effort. I would consider applying again.
