Three stages: phone screening/interview, web conference with research director and your future project manager, and final interview in person with CEO, other research assistants, and engineer. You will need to provide 2-3 references if you make it that far. They do not administer a test for your skills, but you should be able to explain processes with reasonable knowledge.
