I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Employbridge (Sacramento, CA) in Oct 2025
Interview
I hadn’t planned on writing a review, but after reading another recent one that mirrored my experience, I felt compelled to speak up. I also interviewed with the same recruiter mentioned in the latest review, and the experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
From the start, it was clear they were unprepared as they arrived late, couldn’t turn their camera on, and appeared disengaged. They asked only one question and rushed through the entire process as if it were an inconvenience.
When I asked a question that was directly relevant to the company’s structure and success, they dismissed it as unimportant and even felt that they implied it was a “stupid” question. From that point forward, their demeanor changed noticeably, and they abruptly ended the interview by asking if I had any final questions, which was confusing since the actual interview had barely taken place.
I had invested time researching the company and was genuinely excited about the opportunity, but it’s incredibly disappointing that my first impression was marked by such a lack of professionalism and respect.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Employbridge (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Pretty normal interview process. I was contacted at the end of the month and by the end of the following month they had offered me the job. My suggestion for this company is to hire better managers and to spring clean their upper management that came from one of the company's they acquired. With these folks in place the company doesn't practice what they preach. Oh and no one knows who they are. Brand recognition is just not there like they think.
