Pyschological and skill testing included. Had to demonstrate a mock phone sales call and explain how you would handle certain situations. Interviewed by management. It was a challenging but not overly difficult interprocess. The managers were very friendly and respectful and assured me it was a great job, despite it not being a great job at all. I was more impressed by the interview than I was by the actual job.
