Interview process was simple and the recruiter did a great job and keeping us updated on the next steps. There was a phone interview, video interview, and then an in person interview. Empower really did their best to get to know us and made certain that we were the right fit for the company.

Easy process. I interviewed with the manager. He asked me a question about how I would handle a difficult patient, and also asked about my availability. I got into contact with HR first and then they also gave me a tour of the facility.
