I had a Mobile phone interview, and was told the next step would be an person interview. Two stages altogether and was very relaxed; bordering on unprofessional. Recruiter tried to lowball me on pay and went below the advertised minimum for the position. She even stated "we don't offer much to new employees, as we have had a HIGH TURNOVER rate." I declined the second in person interview based on her stating the high turnover rate in such a cavalier fashion.
