I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Emprise Management Group (Memphis, TN) in May 2018
Interview
The interview was easy but also a waste of time. During the first interview, the owner/HR manager asks you generic questions about your work history, why you are interested in working with Emprise, etc. At the end of the interview, the owner said only a handful of applicants will get a second interview, which is a lie as everyone is invited for a second interview.
I came back the next day and sat down with a training manager, and he explained what Emprise does, hours and payment structure. It's nothing more than a MLM/pyramid scheme. Your entire day consists of selling car wash products at various gas stations around town. When I asked the training manager specific questions about the job, he would often change the subject or he would give me very vague answers.
At the end of the interview, you're given a "pop quiz" and you're asked to recite the core values of the business. The third interview is immediately after the pop quiz. During the third interview you sit down with the owner and he said someone from the company will call me at 8 p.m. to let me know if I got the job. At exactly 8 p.m. I received a call from a training manager and was offered the job. I turned it down, and I could hear the frustration in her voice.

Question 1
Are you okay with working 10 hours a day, six days a week?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Emprise Management Group (Memphis, TN) in Apr 2018
Interview
Interview was a waste of time. The company write fake reviews, and attempts to pull negative ones, so I did not know what I was in for. A woman called me and asked me a few questions, with an UFC fight blaring in the background. The location is easy to find, however they are located in a suite. Suites usually mean something funny is going on. The First interview was with the "General Manager/HR/Whatever other title he made up". He asked me a few questions, and told me only 5 out of the 15 would be selected for the next stage. This turned out to be a lie. They call everyone back. He does not reveal the full job description either. You will get a call later the same day saying you have been selected for the next round. The 2nd round was horrific. I was sat down by two men who are brainwashed scammers. They are attempting to explain the business model and how the company operations...it is a literal pyramid. You start at the bottom and work your way up to the top. Eventually even you can own your own Emprise! We stepped outside, and they demonstrated a very poor sales pitch. The objective: go to a gas station or grocery store parking lot, and annoy customers in the hopes they go inside and buy your product. 9/10 times do not work, because people want to left alone. They do not go to middle class or higher class areas, because people will complain and threatened to take their business elsewhere. We came back inside and the one honest question I asked, could not get an answer. Why have you been here for two years, and have only grown two steps? Also, my papers went flying outside, and I caught him reading the inside of my folder. After I was brought back into the suite and told I have a pop quiz. After the pop quiz, I would be given my third interview immediately. The "last interview". I walked out. Any positive comments are fake comments
