the interview process was short, met with the direct hirer and was short and sweet. Got hired over the phone a few weeks later and started right away. Hands on training was available

Panel interview (2 or more people) where the candidate is made to feel welcome and comfortable to answer honestly. I was a bit nervous at first but I felt comfortable talking with the interviewers by the time I left their office.
