Interview
A casual 1 interview with two managers on MS Teams combines a relaxed vibe with direct technical and behavioral vetting. Because both the technical lead and the people manager are present, they will tag-team to assess your hard skills and your personality simultaneously.
They asked around three questions. The interview process also involved answering a couple of questions from a PowerPoint Presentation they made. They also asked me to complete a short assignment in a 10 minute time period.
