A recruiter let me know of this job opening so I applied online through their careers portal. The initial step was an online interview where you recorded yourself answering questions that they would review as a sort of pre-screening, along with the pre-interview I had to submit references that were then required to fill out a survey. After submitting this pre-interview I received a call from the recruiter that they liked my answers and wanted me to come in for an in person interview. Shortly after the first interview I received another call to schedule a second round interview the next week. After the second round interview I was told I would hear from them by the next week at the latest. After 3 weeks of not hearing back I emailed the recruiter to follow up to figure out if I was still being considered or if they had filled the position, I have yet to receive a reply. Overall, the two interviews I had were mediocre at best. While a few of the people I met with were very talkative and interesting the ones actually doing the interviews seemed very uninterested and dry, the interview questions were read straight off of a paper of typical HR interview questions.
