It was a 3 step process -- phone call, and 2 face to face interviews: one with the CEO/HR Director and the other with the CFO. Waited awhile to be contacted back -- it was a typical interview process.

Interview
Very typical. I had 2 interviews with senior leadership (though listed administrative assistant, the position is really more of an executive assistant). They were definitely interviewing with culture in mind. I didn't feel like they were trying to ask me "trick questions" or anything, it really was more about getting to know me and how I could fit into the company.
