Multiple interviews with multiple regional leadership staff. Interviews held at multiple locations. Asked many questions about management and philosophy. Some technical questions. Suit and tie for interview. Relaxed environment. Long process between meetings and feedback. Regional not very responsive. Lowball salaries.

It was seamless a 3 part interview, first part was through the phone just a vetting process then there is the entry interview with the recruiter. Finally the final interview with the leadership team.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Encore Global (New York, NY) in Nov 2018
Interview
Applied online and did a video interview within a week. Then went in for a in person Interview with 5 Executives in a suite at the location i was applying for. Then met with my direct supervisors for a 3rd interview.

Interview
The entire process was standard. I applied online and then received a call from the HR department. Completed a phone interview first and then was called for an in-person interview. Met with two DET's from two separate hotel as I was being interviewed for two locations. The in-person interview was standard as all Operational roles are.
