Overall, the interview was friendly, conversational, and informative on the role. I appreciated the casual tone of the interview as well as the intent to make sure we got in-depth on what my experience has been so far and how it can relate to the role I was interviewing for.

Interview
Meet with HR rep and local manager and discuss what you bring to the company with skills, personality, and education. Then they either offer you a job on the spot or not. If you accept then pay is discussed.
