Encore Global MDM/Intune Engineer interview questions

The first interview was with a recruiter which went well and my application was forwarded to the hiring team. A second interview was scheduled with the hiring manager but was rescheduled due to him having to pickup his kids, no big deal I understand thing happens so the interview was rescheduled. Before the second interview, I received a call from the recruiter that the pay for the position was going to be decreased due to internal talks within Encore, I still wished to proceed with the interview. After joining the reschedueld interview, the interviewer was 10 minutes late due to an emergency, and I was asked if I can reschedule a 3rd time at which I decided to withdraw my application at that time. Please stay far away from this company as they do not respect you or your time, Encore never even reached out and apologized themselves, only the recruiter whom I have the upmost respect for.
