I went through five rounds of interviews only to not receive an offer. After the final interview, I was ghosted until I reached out myself for an update. Communication throughout the process was also lacking. There were multiple instances where I had to follow up because I wasn’t receiving updates. For one interview, I never received the meeting details from the recruiter and had to reach out myself. The information wasn’t sent until Sunday night, right before the interview. Candidates shouldn’t have to chase down basic communication during the hiring process. Everyone I met was very nice, but five interview rounds for an HR role felt excessive. Between the lengthy process and poor communication, it ended up feeling like a waste of everyone’s time.

First interview with the hiring manager. It was pleasant and went very well. Hiring manager indicated they'd contact me to schedule a second interview with other key managers. Never heard back. Sent an email several weeks later indicating I was still interested and if they had any questions. Nothing.
