The interview process is generally very easy. The questions are all related to the position unlike some other companies.
The new leadership is new and they are still getting things in order so they are completely unorganized but the overall process is a phone screening with the HR, an interview with the hiring manager, one with a manager from another group and one last one with higher level manager for engineering positions.
I did not have a good experience with them at all. They are pretty bad at communications. I had my first interview with the HR and she never responded to any of my emails or reached out to me at any point after that. The hiring manager reached out to me and set the next interview. He was satisfied and they set the next interview and they moved on to the last stage interview with one of the directors after that. They were all good and then the hiring manager reached out and sent me a slightly different position that he said they are just opening it which is a better fit for me and he said he would set just a meeting to go through it quickly. Then he stopped communicating and never responded to any of the emails even though he was the one mentioning we should set another meeting. The director kept saying that they are finalizing the candidates for the position for weeks after what they called the final stage interview. Then he stopped communicating and I moved on. About 1.5-2 months after that, the hiring manager sent me an email apologizing and saying that he was on vacation and just came back and saw the emails and the talks with the director!!!. Like really a vacation for that long without any access to your email?!! He said they decided to put the position on hold until they secure the license for the software they need and he will reach out to me whenever they secure that which I disregarded.
Honestly, they are all very bad at communication and they don't have any standard routine in place for anything, at least not yet. They were all kind during the interviews but almost every single one of them stopped responding as soon as their interview was done even though they were still moving me to the next stages.
Overall, it was a waste of time for me as a candidate because of this lack of communication and their unprofessional behavior. I can only imagine that their work place is chaotic like that as well and doubt any success unless they change the way they operate.
