Interview
My experience with EnerSys was frustrating and ultimately disappointing. While the first interview went well and left me with a positive impression, the process quickly deteriorated due to a complete lack of communication. After the initial interview, I experienced nearly two months of silence with no updates on next steps. I even reached out to the recruiter directly and received no response, which reflects poorly on their candidate engagement.
Eventually, I was contacted again and asked to proceed with a second-round case study interview. After investing additional time preparing and completing the case study, the interview itself felt rushed and ended quickly. Shortly after, I received a generic rejection email with no feedback or explanation. Given that the process spanned approximately 4–5 months, the lack of transparency and communication felt unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time and effort.
Overall, the experience gave the impression of a disorganized hiring process with minimal respect for candidates.

Question 1
Case Study: Which project generates more cashflows? Develop a model as to why we should accept or reject a certain project.
One round interview, fairly high level about previous experiences on the resume. Mostly discussion based and less technical. Know your resume very well and prepare for a conversation instead of an interview.
