2 stages, First stage was with Ed and he asked me a number of different questions about scenarios I've been in. Final stage was with Craig and Jack and they both wanted to know more about me on a personal level. The questions were really interesting and it brings the best qualities out in yourself to show what you are about.

Smooth and interactive process. Friendly staff & straight forward.First interview via Phone call, general get to know. Second is a competency/situational tasks & last is in person at head office, CV/background focused.
Jenny, the internal recruiter, was extremely helpful throughout the process. From our in initial discovery call, Jenny was both consultative and informative and even pointed me in the direction of other similar opportunities through her network when my interview was ultimately unsuccessful.
